What is a Boot Camp?
Boot camps are a free monthly workout session that are open to the public (unless otherwise specified). This camp is designed to be a sweat drenching, muscle building workout. The focus of each camp varies from month to month depending on the specific theme.
How do I get started?
Call us at (321) 631-7996 to sign up and reserve your spot.
When are classes?
Boot camps are typically one Saturday a month. Check the monthly calendar for dates and times.
What can I expect?
Most Boot Camps start with a basic warmup. They are packed with cardio fitness exercises. Exact exercises depend on the theme and the area of focus for each camp. Frequently they include a bit of outside running.
What if I’ve never worked out before?
Boot camps are great for beginners and those who work our regularly. If you’re a beginner the important thing is to pace yourself and know your limits. If you are unable to do an exercise due to injury or ability, the instructors will be happy to provide you with alternatives. It’s ok to go slow, the goal is to keep going.
What kind of clothing do I need?
Standard fitness clothing of a t-shirt or athletic shirt and shorts or workout pants are recommended. Shoes are optional but we require that all shoes have non-marking soles and that the shoes only be worn inside the school. It’s recommended to bring a separate pair of outdoor running shoes in case there will be running during the boot camp.
- Jump rope
- Elastic fitness band
- Water bottle
- Small towel for sweat
- Outside running shoes
Who is this class for?
Most boot camps are for men and women age 16+.
